Timothy J. Stover

Tim Stover has been practicing law in the Magic Valley for thirty years. Bringing his full commitment to every case, Tim’s clients benefit from his wealth of experience and passion for their cause. His breadth of knowledge and innovation have helped him successfully represent a wide variety of clients in state and federal courts as well as before state and local agencies, commissions and boards.
Tim specializes in real estate law, land use, transactional law, and municipal law. He has served as the city attorney for the city of Kimberly, Idaho, since 2012, and also represents the cities of Filer, Hansen, Wendell, Murtaugh, Castleford, and Hagerman. Tim has also served as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho since 2008.
Tim was raised in Norfolk, Nebraska, and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a Bachelor of Science. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. Tim and his wife, Kelly, now reside in Kimberly and are the proud parents of three children. In addition to his law practice, Tim is active in the community, including serving on the Board of Directors for Family Health Services Corporation, Boys and Girls Club of Magic Valley, Saint Edwards Catholic School and organizing and coaching youth athletics.

David W. Gadd
PARTNER
A native of Springville, Utah, David Gadd discovered his love of the law while taking a philosophy of law class during his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University. He continued his studies at the University of Idaho School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 2006. A clerkship with the Honorable John C. Hohnhorst and the Honorable Randy J. Stoker brought him to the Magic Valley, and he wouldn’t want to be raising his family anywhere else.
David is the proud father of seven rambunctious boys and one curly-headed girl. He has had the pleasure of coaching their soccer games for as long as he can remember and spending time with them in the outdoors. He had actively served with the Boy Scouts of America and has served as an officer of the Fifth District Bar Association.

Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. In law school, she worked as a teaching and research assistant. She also served as the Managing Editor of the BYU Law Review. Kelly completed a summer internship at the Los Angeles office of Carlsmith Ball, LLP where she worked on corporate transactional matters. The following summer she worked at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed, LLP in Los Angeles where she handled business issues.
Kelly was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She moved to Twin Falls over fifteen years ago with plans to stay for one year.
