Timothy J. Stover was raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. He attended college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a Bachelor of Science. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 1993. After graduating, Tim and his wife moved to Twin Falls where he began his family and his practice of law.
In addition to his Idaho license, Tim is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals. Tim represents a wide variety of clients in state and federal courts, and before state and local agencies, commissions and boards. Tim has also recently been appointed as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho. Real estate and land use are his primary emphasis; other areas include business law, administrative law, planning and zoning law, construction law, contract law, agricultural law and related civil litigation and appeals.
Tim brings his full commitment to every case he takes. This commitment means his clients receive the benefit of his experience, knowledge, intellectual skills, innovativeness, and passion for their cause.
In addition to his legal accomplishments, Tim is active in the community, including serving on the Board of Directors for Family Health Services Corporation, Boys and Girls Club of Magic Valley, Saint Edwards Catholic School and organizing and coaching youth athletics.
Tim and his wife have 3 children.
